New paper submission is now closed. The final, camera-ready, version of accepted papers should be uploaded before 14 May via the Paper Submission button below. The submission site will ask you to fill in an IEEE copyright form during the process. Do not prepare a separate response to reviewers, but do keep reviewers comments in mind while preparing the final version of the manuscript.

Authors should prepare full papers with a maximum length of 4 pages (double-column, IEEE style, PDF). Reviews will be double-blind, i.e. submissions have to be anonymized. This includes removing all information on the authors and their affiliations as well as citing own work in a passive voice. Non-anonymous submissions will be rejected without review. Each submission will be reviewed by a minimum of two reviewers. Manuscripts have to be submitted by March 24th, 2016, 11.59 pm (PST) via the submission website.

All accepted manuscripts will be included in the workshop proceedings. Every accepted submission must be presented at the workshop by one of the paper's authors.
